Business Development


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities for automotive spare parts
  • Contact and build relationships with potential customers (Distributors, Wholesaler, Partshop & Garage)
  • Build and manage a prospect database and update information regularly
  • Collect data from competitors business activity
  • Provide basic technical information about spare parts products to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on prospect activity and sales results,
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to provide strategic input to the sales team

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales, business development or a similar client-facing role
  • Having basic knowledge of automotive and vehicles system
  • Having basic knowledge of Sales and Canvassing activities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative mindset and passion for developing new products and services
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
